BDR – Fast Track Programme to AE
The company delivers premier investment management software to Enterprise Customers within the Financial Services market. Their salesforce-based product has already been rolled out to over 500 customers globally across 35 countries.
The company is now on a huge recruitment drive to secure the best BDRs in the market with a view of promoting them to an AE within 6 months.
The company is very entrepreneurial & you will be given your own segment within North America to develop. You will be selling enterprise software to Investment banks, Asset managers & Funds.
About the Role
- You will put the through the “fast track” onboarding program which is designed to accelerate you to the AE position within 3-6 months
- Academy led training based on MEDDIC
- Desk training with a proven VP of sales & CRO
- Work with a bespoke sales process that has a proven track record
Requirements
- Experience working within an SDR/BDR role
- Proven track record in Outreach
- Proficient with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce
- Quota Led
- A desire to become an Account Executive
- Bachelor’s degree
