Head of Sales – Fintech – Hyper-Growth Start Up

The company specializes in exit-oriented alternative investments. Their platform utilizes market data as well as predefined deal criteria for properties and sponsors to vet its investments.

Since its inception, the company has managed close to a $1billion dollars in private equity which has led to hundreds of deals and significant returns in terms of gross asset value.

Investors benefit from hands-on oversight over every opportunity from day one through the exit, short investment periods that allow investors to realize liquidity sooner, and a rigorous, data-driven vetting process designed to single out high

The company continues to expand & to supplement their continued success, they are now looking to hire a Head of Sales. You will be a key driver in their next phase of growth & will plug into manage their existing sales team in addition to cultivating new sales superstars!

What are they looking for in a successful candidate?

  • You will have a proven track record in sales leadership management
  • You will be a new business hunter
  • A “player-coach” mentality
  • Call coaching, prospect management and daily sales management
  • The ability to create and execute KPIS, calls & other funnel metrics for the team
  • 5 years Sales Experience
  • Highly knowledgeable when it comes to selling financial products to accredited investors

 

Requirements

You must hold active FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 66 and 63 licenses.
